Senior Performance Manager

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Performance Manager to join the Unity Grow Performance Team in China!

You will lead a data-oriented performance team and sharing high-level impact insights to local client-faced teams. Support to cross teams covers not only on user acquisition but also on ads monetization by using our platform and tools to grow revenue and optimize key strategic accounts. This position will offer insights into our advertising and publishing business area and provide an opportunity to develop their product management & analytics skills, while working as bridge to central team and local client facing team as the best internal connection. To be successful in this position, you have data expertise, visionary thing and can think critically direction with higher perspective about how to approach challenges and potential, and has the ability to inspire others to achieve desired outcomes with a positive and professional attitude.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze data, trends and account performance, team player, are able to provide UA & monetization solution for clients with skilled using internal tools and products.
• Monitor and track high-level trend with finding challenges and potentials while effectively share to internal related team with dedicate optimization suggestions on both UA and Monetization.
• Partnership and communicate with cross-functional teams(account managers, growth strategy team, LP team, sales operation team, product team, etc...) with driving valuable insights and feedback to local client facing team and managers and convert it into actions with trackable plans.
• Be the guru on UA, monetization even mobile industry, offering consultant from a angle of full-loop view with effectible optimization ideas for strategic partners. Build, follow up and track projects with structured plans and motivate relevant team on action taken.
• Stay tuned on industry trends and collect feedback to cross team and help to shape intelligence products, features and tools.

What we're looking for

• Fluent English on writing and speaking.
• Know well about overseas mobile industry and platforms in past and still have passion for mobile business now on both UA and Monetization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. High proficiency in MS Office, in particular in Excel.
• Be able to adapt to a fast-changing market and rapidly growing company as a team player
• Capability work independently and efficiently (experiences in leading/ mentoring is a plus)

You might also have

• Know about machine learning and data structures.
• An understanding of software and/or product development processes (C#, Unity Editor, game development).
• Wide knowledge about industry major products and platforms, have interest and sense in mobile marketing changes and development.
