The opportunity
The Senior Growth Strategy Manager plays a key role in reviewing, Optimizing and reaching Unity's KPIs.

As a Senior Growth Strategy Manager you'll be responsible for cross company projects that involve multiple departments and hold a major effect on revenue and KPIs.

The team is based in Tel Aviv and in Helsinki and includes 7 employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Projects that are related to strategic products and their Go To Market Plan
  • Own business domains and be encounter to take them to the next level
  • Work with the product team on different products/Features and be a crucial part of the product operations and the business expert in this forum.
  • Support different business teams with different initiatives, automation and tools that can accelerate growth
  • Conduct market research on strategic topics.

What we're looking for

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability, even in situations where you have limited control.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers.

  • Strong Excel skills.
