The opportunity

At Aura by Unity, we partner with OEMs and Mobile Carriers to enhance users' device experience with a powerful solution suite designed to maximize customer loyalty, engagement, retention, and revenue.

We are seeking a Monetization Manager within Aura's Content Solutions division (also known as Aura News). In this role, you will analyze and generate insights to optimize the performance of our products, focusing on enhancing both revenue and engagement metrics.

Your insights will help shape our strategic direction.

This role offers a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to implement and test new monetization strategies. Your recommendations, based on performance metrics and market trends, will drive our product monetization strategy.

What you'll be doing

  • Monetization Strategy: Developing innovative approaches to enhance monetization and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitoring performance metrics and other KPIs to increase revenue and engagement metrics.
  • Demand Partners Integration: Setting up and overseeing integrations across various ad networks to ensure seamless operation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with product managers, developers, and designers to test and implement new ad placements and formats.
  • Technology Integration: Participating in the testing, analysis, and implementation of new technologies and features to enhance the product.

What we're looking for

  • Graduated with honors from a recognized university, or an engineering degree with a GPA of 80+.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights
  • Comfortable working with various technologies and possessing a strong technical mindset
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
