Senior Growth Strategy Manager

The opportunity

The Growth Strategy Manager plays a key role in reviewing, Optimizing and reaching Unity's KPIs. As a Growth Strategy Manager you'll be responsible for cross company projects that involve multiple departments and hold a major effect on revenue and KPIs. The team is based in Tel Aviv and includes 3 employees. The team is a global team and worked with all offices as a part of the different projects that you'll manage.

What you'll be doing

• Manage projects that are related to strategic products and their Go To Market Plan
• Own business domains and be encounter to take them to the next level
• Work with the product team on different products/Features and be a crucial part of the product operations and the business expert in this forum
• Support different business with different initiatives, automation and tools that can accelerate growth
• Conduct market research on strategic topics

What we're looking for

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment
• Ability to take ownership and accountability, even in situations where you have limited control
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers
