Role Description

Rejoignez l’équipe de marketing de produit industriels dynamique de Unity et jouez un rôle essentiel dans la définition de l’avenir des solutions 3D en temps réel dans des secteurs comme la fabrication, la vente au détail, l’automobile et bien d’autres. Ce que vous allez faire

  • Positionnement et messages : Développer et affiner un message et un positionnement différenciés pour les solutions sectorielles de Unity qui trouvent un écho auprès des personas cibles et répondent aux défis sectoriels spécifiques.
  • Aide à la vente : Créer et actualiser des documents d’aide à la vente à fort impact, notamment des présentations, des exposés de solutions, des études de cas et des analyses de la concurrence, afin de permettre à l’équipe de vente de s’engager auprès de prospects et de clients.
  • Développement de contenu : Produire divers types de contenu, notamment des articles de blogue, des vidéos et des webinaires, qui s’alignent sur le parcours de l’acheteur et soutiennent les initiatives de mise en marché.
  • Étude de marché : Réaliser des études de marché approfondies pour comprendre les tendances du secteur, les besoins des clients et la dynamique de la concurrence, en traduisant ces informations en stratégies réalisables qui permettront à Unity de dominer le marché.
  • Collaboration avec les différentes équipes : Collaborer avec les équipes de vente, de gestion des produits et de campagne pour développer des stratégies de marketing intégrées qui favoriseront l’adoption et la croissance des solutions sectorielles de Unity.

The opportunity

Join Unity’s dynamic industry product marketing team team and play a key role in shaping the future of real-time 3D solutions across industries such as manufacturing, retail, automotive and more. You’ll define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, craft compelling value propositions and messaging, and develop content that supports sales, campaigns, and GTM initiatives.This role offers the opportunity to significantly influence how Unity’s industry solutions are positioned and communicated to diverse audiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine differentiated messaging and positioning for Unity’s industry solutions that resonate with target personas and address specific industry challenges.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials, including presentations, solution briefs, case studies, and competitive analysis, to empower the sales team in engaging with prospects and customers.
  • Content Development: Produce various content types—such as blog posts, videos, and webinars—that align with the buyer’s journey and support GTM initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive Unity’s market leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product management, and campaign teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive adoption and growth of Unity’s industry solutions.
  • Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, events, and other demand generation activities that amplify Unity’s industry presence and thought leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Strong Product Marketing experience, with a focus on positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and market research. Experience in B2B tech marketing, particularly within industries like manufacturing, retail, or automotive, is desirable.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives for technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions or company priorities.
