Role Description

The opportunity

Supersonic creative team is looking for a marketing creative producer. Our team produces thousands of creatives each quarter, interactives, and videos seen by millions worldwide every day. The Creative Producer will be part of the creative producers team with a unique blend of creativity and analytical insight. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our games through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. We constantly challenge ourselves to keep learning, and we look forward to welcoming more passionate people to our team, interested in understanding the experience behind the numbers and pushing creative ideas to new heights.

What you'll be doing

  • Overview and Optimize the ideation process for our creatives in sync with other producers and designers.
  • Constantly explore new creative approaches and marketing trends to stay ahead. Oversee market research activities to track industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Partner effectively with our Creative and User Acquisition teams to help drive millions of users DAILY all around the world.
  • Analyze game performance data to identify opportunities for creative improvements that align with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

What we're looking for

  • Fluent with English
  • Proven experience in a creative marketing or market research role within the mobile gaming industry
  • A creative and innovative mindset, coupled with a keen understanding of the intersection between business objectives and creative content
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

You might also have

  • Russian Speaker
  • Proven experience with ad networks: Facebook, Google Ads, Tik Tok, etc
  • Basic understanding of how Photoshop/After Effect/etc. work
