We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer. This role demands expertise in complex Salesforce solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring optimal platform performance and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and integrations. Experience with Salesforce DevOps and specific Salesforce clouds is a plus. What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet intricate business requirements.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to development standards.
• Proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal Salesforce system performance and scalability as the organization grows.
• Leading the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and other critical business systems, together with the integration team.
• Working on improving the Account Management, Sales Processes, CPQ functionality and working with the architects and other leads to understand the industry and identify new technology fits.

What we're looking for

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security model, Apex development, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs is crucial.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, guide junior developers, and foster a collaborative team environment.pen_spark
• Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify pain points, and design efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools). Knowledge of common integration patterns and data transformation techniques is essential.

You might also have

• In-depth knowledge of specific Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ)
• Knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to the Salesforce ecosystem, such as AI/ML (Einstein), voice assistants, or IoT integrations, can be a significant differentiator.
• Active participation in the Salesforce community (e.g., Trailblazer Community, user groups, conferences)
