Role Description

You will be designing experiences that include apps and services, and be a part of the team that creates and improves those.
What you'll be doing
- Take ownership of the design process for app and web products, creating easy to use and visually appealing experiences
- Work with Product Managers and Performance Managers to create new experiences and enhance existing ones. Participate in tests that will improve the experience our users go through and that are improving our business KPIs
- Conduct user research to collect feedback and identify experience problems, and solve those
- Create and enhance design systems and improve the team's work processes
What we're looking for
- Experienced product designers with a bachelor’s degree in HCI, design, or a related field
- Experienced in user testing and user research
- Experience in product design, graphic design, marketing design
- Aura has a great excellence culture and we are looking for candidates who are outstanding in what they do. You also need to be a team player as our systems and experiences overlap and you will work on several products
- As an international team most of your work will be done in English
