The opportunity

Unity's Customer Success Organization is looking for user-centric team players to support the heart of Unity: Our customers!

As a Customer Success Specialist at Unity, you will be responsible to help our customers resolve issues and respond to their questions, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be a key promoter of Unity Grow’s products. You’ll help ensure customers’ smooth onboarding experience, reduce churn, and improve customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering users non-technical questions and issues, with clarity and empathy, in a timely manner and a high standard of quality.
  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers to help with a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain expert knowledge about company products and services, in order to best assist all customers inquiries.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams to achieve quick issues resolution and improve work processes.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in a high-scale Customer Service operation, in a fast-paced organization.
  • Strong client-facing skills, verbal and written communication, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A love of learning, as we work in a fast-paced environment with lots of changes

You might also have

  • Experience with Salesforce Service cloud
  • Familiarity with Ad Tech industry and products
