The Senior People Insights Analyst will be a strategic thought partner on the People Insights team supporting all areas of Human Resources and the business to provide people metrics and analytics to improve HR performance and drive organizational decisions. This position supports Unity's People data analytics capabilities, by conducting basic to predictive analysis, data mining, and adding relevant insight for both the People group and the organization more broadly.

You will be synthesizing data across different functions of Human Resources, multiple systems, internal, and external sources to support data-informed decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supports the delivery of HR metrics and analysis overall and by business, ensuring that the data is relevant, timely, and tells a meaningful story
  • Conducts predictive and behavioral modeling in support of talent acquisition, turnover and retention, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement
  • Leads the delivery of ad hoc analyses on People topics to drive strategic and tactical decision making and conducts trend analysis to measure ongoing results
  • Benchmarks key measures against external industry, region, and peers; applying standard research methodology to identify links between people data and business performance to improve predictive capability

What we’re looking for

  • People Analytics exposure and understanding of reporting and HR systems
  • Familiarity with business intelligence visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Visier)
  • Experience in creating compelling stories with data and analytics
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and proficiency with statistical packages
  • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive and behavioral modeling
