Our business is fast growing and our teams are always improving their processes to serve our customers. You will be instrumental in helping and enabling them to work better by building out the systems and configurations required for service delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and administering the support ticketing platform that our customer facing teams use.
  • Collect and understand new user requirements and help with performing fixes or configuration changes.
  • Support any enhancement requests and work with the product principal to fix bugs or resolve technical issues if any
  • Document systems and setup information

What we’re looking for

  • Good technical skills and experience administering or configuring Zendesk
  • People who are positive and energised when working with internal stakeholders or users.
  • Passionate about technology and driven to learn and develop skills needed to perform in the role.
  • Responsive and motivated individual who has keen desires to complete tasks effective and efficiently

You might also have

  • Good communication skills and able to explain technical details in a simple to understand way.
  • Project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data structures
