We’re looking for someone to join our Customer Success organization and helping us deliver on world-class Technical Support, Education, and Success Management!
In this role, you will be building tools for the Customer Success team and our customers to allow our team members to work more successfully. We’re looking for someone to who has a problem-solving mindset to work alongside our engineers and support team.
This role has the opportunity to truly impact our customer service at Unity. This role sits alongside our Engine and Console support teams and works with the entire Customer Success organization. We work closely with our customers and enjoy working with them to create amazing projects.
- Development and maintenance of a new suite of tooling to enable the Engine and Console Support teams to work in a more efficient way
- Create tools, web services and integrations between our CRMs and internal systems
- Extensive experience in Full Stack Web Development
- Technical architecture and systems design knowledge
- Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc)
- Experience with Jira integrations
- Experience with Unity project automation and build pipelines
- Experience leading a small team
- Experience specific to Zendesk
