The opportunity

Unity Technologies Japan is looking for user-centric team players to support the heart of Unity: Our customers!

As a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant, you will be a key promoter of Unity’s development solutions, with a focus on ensuring successful adoption and value realization for our customers. You are expected to work alongside our support, sales and product teams to ensure a unified customer experience. Most importantly, you will interact with the heart of Unity, our customers!

What you’ll be doing

  • As a main point of contact, interact with customers on daily basis in order to understand their needs and pains, identify potential risks, and help them succeed
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Developer Relations Engineer to find out the best technical solution together
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience with Unity, help them to become more knowledgeable of the tools Unity has to offer, and help them understand why they should be excited to use our products

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated experience with a 3D engine like Unity or Unreal Engine
  • Demonstrated experience in C++ and/or C#
  • Experience with Autodesk Maya/Blender or other 3D graphics software
  • Great teamwork and interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills (discussing technical issues internally and externally), a proactive attitude, and an embedded drive for results
  • Willingness to learn new areas of Unity and other products

You might also have

  • Experience with rendering pipelines
  • Experience with animation production pipelines
  • Business Level English
  • Previous experience working in a remote, distributed team
  • Prior experience in Customer Success
  • Experiences and knowledge in TV/broadcasting industry definitely a plus

  • 顧客に対する窓口として顧客と日々やり取りを行い、そのニーズや問題を理解し、潜在的なリスクを特定し、顧客を成功に導くこと
  • 顧客とデベロッパーリレーションズエンジニアとの懸け橋としてふるまい、協働して最高の技術的解決策を見出す
  • Unityを使う顧客がポジティブな体験を得られるように尽力し、顧客がUnityの提供するツールの知識を深められる助けとなること。また、顧客がUnityの製品を使うことでワクワクするような体験ができる理由を顧客に理解してもらうこと

 

応募条件

  • UnityやUnreal Engineなどの3Dエンジンに関する経験があること
  • C++およびC#の経験
  • Autodesk Maya/Blenderまたはその他の3Dグラフィックスソフトウェアの経験
  • 優れたチームワークと、力強いコミュニケーションスキル (技術的な問題について顧客や社外の人物と議論を行った経験)、前向きな態度、および心の底から成果を求める意欲など、優れた対人スキル
  • Unityや他の製品の新しい領域について学ぶ意欲
