Accounts Receivables Specialist (6 Months Contract)

The opportunity

Unity Technologies is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to be an integral part of our China accounting team supporting Accounts Receivable function. The Accounts Receivable Specialist t will be responsible for, but not limited to VAT Fapiao issuing, perform related output VAT reconciliation and support on local collection, and working cross functionally with various internal teams.

What you'll be doing

• Issue VAT Fapiao per billing system and distribute e-copies to customers and update Fapiao status in A/R aging report timely
• Work closely with Operation/Tax/Sales team on issuing VAT Fapiao
• Perform monthly output VAT reconciliation with Golden tax database
• Work closely with legal /Revenue team on local collection
• Support internal audit and external audit related to Accounts receivable

What we're looking for

• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• Has Fapiao billing experience in a multinational company
• Good communication skills, accountable and willing to solve problems
• Good command of English in both reading and writing
