Director, Strategic Partnerships

This position requires highly talented, self driven and result oriented Mobile carriers and OEM brands strategic partners management experience or Business development in APAC, to build and grow a strong relationship with Unity OEMs and telcos partners.

The individual will be responsible for driving customer loyalty, expanding product offerings and developing accounts in order to expand Aura market share and affect the financial growth of the company. 

This individual will plan, develop, execute product and tech business development initiatives to penetrate existing accounts and generate business in new accounts, including direct activities to strengthen client relationships.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Lead the partnership/relationship/activities with leading Carriers, OEMs and Content Partners 
  • Identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing key accounts
  • Identify trends and clients pain-points to shape and develop our product roadmap  
  • Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices and proactively address areas where improvement is needed  
  • Developing and building relationships with Customers' senior level, to create awareness and adoption of Aura Capabilities

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 + years of business to carrier sale experience or 7+ years of experience in the management or marketing of tech products or VAS solutions
  • International business practices or multinational company working experience
  • Experienced in sales operations, sales performance analytics, and executive level customer engagement
  • Ability to interact at all levels within the customer's organization
  • Identify trends and clients pain-points to shape our product roadmap  
  • Experienced reading, analyzing,preparing and presenting technical product materials
  • Excellent problem solving, presentation, communication and business analysis skills
  • Experienced in leading indirect cross functional resources in a matrix organization
  • Proven leadership
  • The ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize multiple sales, project and performance objectives
  • Ability to work in a team environment, working against individual and shared objectives
  • Ability to negotiate on behalf of function to come to agreement by managing communications through discussions and compromise
  • Fluent English and Korean
