Role Description

The opportunity
As a Senior Growth Manager at SuperSonic you will play a critical role in the growth of your portfolio of mobile games. You will be in charge of planning and executing UA and monetization strategies, working with a wide team of experts. You will own each game A to Z, and will be the main point of contact both in and outside of SuperSonic. Our ideal Growth Manager is data driven, with a passion for user acquisition, who is familiar with the gaming industry, and has the ability to see our games through our users perspective, while always keeping in mind our business goals. You will need to identify trends, and collaborate with cross function teams, including publishing, operations, monetisation, R&D, data and product.

What you'll be doing

  • Hands on campaign management in SDK network, while overseeing UA campaigns in social channels.
  • Analyze your games and be familiar with strong points and weak points to improve.
  • Work closely with product monetization team and creative production team, to make sure your game maximize their potential.
  • Innovate new ways to reach your goal, by improving the product, streamlining internal processes, and exploring new marketing channels.
  • Be a gamer, know your games and the environment and genre.

What we're looking for

  • You have at least 3 years experience in user acquisition and or app growth
  • You have a strong interest in marketing in the mobile environment, including MMPs, privacy, etc.
  • You have data driven understanding, along with creativity and ability to work in fast pace task force.
  • You are an entrepreneur with excellent team work skills.
  • You are fluent in English, and have good presentation skills
